Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Cooking Oil
- 1 Onion – Chopped
- 5 Cloves Garlic – Minced
- 600g Beef
- Salt – To taste
- 1 Tbsp. False Cubeb “Uziza”
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Thyme
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine
- 1 Tbsp. Seasoning
- 2 Plum Tomatoes – Chopped
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
Instructions:
- Add 1/4 Cooking oil to a frying pan.
- Add the chopped onions, minced garlic and stir
- Add the minced meat. Stir fry for 15 minutes till it gives off its juice
- Add salt to taste. Add the false cubeb seed, the crushed oregano, thyme, and Worcestershire Sauce.
- Add the red wine, the seasoning cubes, the chopped plum tomatoes, diced carrots and tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes and set aside.
- In another pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 tsp of salt and the Crown Premium pasta.
- Cook for 8-9 minutes or according to your taste.
- Drain and serve hot with the Bolognaise sauce.
