Cooking Ingredient:
- 1/2 Pack Crown Premium Spaghetti
- 2 Cups of Cooking Oil
- 5 Medium Sized Sausages
- 1 Medium Sized Onion
- 3 Medium Sized Scotch Bonnet
- 3 Plum Tomatoes
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 2 Medium Sized Carrots
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Curry Powder
- Salt – To Taste
Cooking Instructions
- Pour 4 Cups of water into a pot, cover it to boil, then add salt to taste and 1 tsp of curry powder.
- Pour your Crown Premium Pasta into the pot of boiling water.
- Cook the Spaghetti for 4/5 Minutes, then drain it when it is fully done.
- Dice your 5 medium sized sausages, fry it in a frying pan of cooking oil.
- Reduce the amount of cooking oil, then fry your 1 sized chopped Onion, 3 medium sized chopped fresh Scotch Bonnet, 3 medium sized chopped Tomatoes.
- Add your Salt to taste, 1 tsp Curry powder, 1 medium sized chopped green bell pepper, 2 medium sized chopped Carrot, stir all together.
- Pour your spaghetti into a bowl, add your sauce in it and stir, break 6 medium sized eggs into a bowl then pour all in the spaghetti mix.
- Add your sliced tomatoes on it, then bake all in a pre-heated oven for 3 Minutes till set.
- When fully done, slice in your desired shape and serve to enjoy.
