Ingredients:
- 1 Pack Crown Premium Spaghetti
- 2 Cups Cooking Oil
- 5 Medium Sized Sausages
- 1 Medium Sized Onion
- 3 Medium Sized Scotch Bonnet
- 3 Plum Tomatoes
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 2 Medium Sized Carrots
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Curry Powder
- Salt – To Taste
Instructions:
- Add 4 Cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil
- Add salt to taste, 1 tbsp. curry powder and 1 pack of Crown Premium Spaghetti
- Cook for 5 minutes and drain
- Cut the sausages into large chunks, then cut vertically into 8 pieces, but not to the end. Set aside.
- Add 2 cups of cooking oil to a non-sticky deep-frying pan.
- Add the sausages and fry till slightly brown. Take out of the oil and set aside.
- Reduce the oil in the pan and add 1 medium chopped onion in the frying pan.
- Add the chopped fresh scotch bonnet and medium sized chopped tomatoes and fry till cooked.
- Add 1 tsp of curry powder and the chopped green bell pepper and the chopped carrots. Fry till cooked.
- Break the six eggs into a bowl and whisk well.
- Add the spaghetti into a round baking pan, add the well fried vegetables and the whisked eggs.
- Add some round tomato strips and bell pepper strips to give it a good garnish.
- Bake in a pre-heater oven for 3 minutes till set.
