Ingredients
- 500g Minced Beef
- 1 Tsp. Ginger Minced
- 3 Cloves Garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 6 Medium Sized Scent Leaves Chopped
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup of Cooking Oil
- 1 Pack Crown Premium Spaghetti
- 2 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- 1 Onion
- 1 Cup Tomato Puree
- 1 Cup Pepper Puree
- 1 Sachet Tasty Tom Tomato Paste
Instructions:
- Add the minced beef in a bowl, with the minced garlic, minced ginger, paprika, salt, breadcrumbs, scent leaf and egg.
- Mix everything together. Cut tiny pieces out of the mixture and roll into chunks of meat balls.
- Add cooking oil to a flat frying pan
- Fry the meat balls till slightly brown. Set it aside.
- In another pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add the Crown Premium Spaghetti and cook to taste.
- Drain well and run though cool water.
- In a frying pan, add cooking oil, onion, tomato paste, pepper puree. Stir till well fried.
- Add the Tasty Tom Tomato Paste and mix.
- Add salt and oregano. Add the meat balls and leave to simmer for 3 minutes.
- Take out the meat ball and add the Crown Premium Spaghetti and stir well. Add the meat balls.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
