Crown Tuwovita

Crown Tuwovita is a healthy meal specially developed for the consumers in the North and Middle Belt regions of Nigeria. It belongs to the coarse segment.

It is made from wheat with high fibre that makes it to swell well and give high yield, it is also good for Dumame which means, it can be re heated the next day and it will still retain its freshness.

It is also enriched with Vitamin A for good vision. It goes perfectly well with any type of soup!

Crown Tuwovita, e dey swell well well!

• Boil desired quantity of water in a bowl / pot
• If preferred add a pinch of salt
• Gradually add desired quantity of Tuwovita into the bowl of water.
• Stir well as you add to ensure an effective mixing until desired thickness is achieved.
• Cover the bowl and allow to boil for about 2 minutes
• Stir well again until firm and consistent blend is reached.
• Your Tuwovita is ready and could be served with any preferred soup.
