CP ASUN SPAGHETTI


Ingredients:

  • Oil
  • Roasted goat meat
  • Fresh hot pepper
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Seasoning and spices
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Water
  • Crown premium pasta
  • Salt
  • Oyster sauce
  • Bell peppers
  • Salted butter
  • Pasta water

Instructions:

  • Heat up some oil in a pan.
  • Add roasted goat meat to the pan.
  • Then add fresh hot pepper, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the pan.
  • Season the mixture with your preferred seasoning and spices.
  • Mix well and allow it to cook.
  • Once the meat and aromatics are cooked, add cherry tomatoes to the pan.
  • Pour in some water to create a sauce.
  • Cover the pan and let it simmer to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • In a separate pot, heat up water, add salt to the boiling water.
  • Add crown premium pasta to the pot and cook for 8-9 minutes or until al dente.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and set aside.
  • Add oyster sauce to the sauce in the pan and mix well.
  • Then add the cooked pasta to the sauce.
  • Next, add chopped bell peppers and a knob of salted butter for extra flavor.
  • Pour in some pasta water to help the sauce adhere properly to the pasta and add richness.
  • Give everything a thorough mix to ensure the pasta is well coated with the sauce and the flavors are evenly distributed.
  • Once everything is mixed, your flavorful and delicious pasta dish is ready to be served.
