Ingredients:
- Oil
- Onions, chopped
- Garlic, minced
- Ginger, grated
- Fresh pepper, grounded
- Fish spices (Bonga fish, Stock Fish, Crayfish)
- Seasoning (to taste)
- Water
- Crown Premium Slim pasta
- Uziza leaves
- Mackerel fish
Instructions:
- Heat some oil in a pot or pan.
- Add chopped onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, and grounded fresh pepper to the pot, stir well.
- Add fish spices, bonga fish, stock fish, crayfish, and seasoning to the pot.
- Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Pour some water into the pot and bring it to a boil.
- While the water is boiling, open the package of slim pasta and add it to the boiling water.
- Cook the pasta for 8-9 minutes or until it reaches your desired texture. Make sure to check if it’s ready by tasting a small piece.
- Once the pasta is cooked, add some uziza leaves and mackerel fish to the pot.
- Give everything a good mix to incorporate the leaves and fish with the pasta and sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious meal!
