Cooking Ingredients:
- 4 Cups of Water
- 1/2 tsp.Salt
- 2 cups Crown Premium Twist Cavatto
- 100g Ham – Diced
- 1/3 Cups all purposed Flour
- 20g Butter
- 1/3 Cup all Purposed flour
- 2 tbs. Chili Paste
- 2 Cups Cooking Cream
- 1 tbsps. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Chili Powder – Optional
- Salt To taste
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese – shredded
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese – shredded
- 100g Ham
Cooking Instructions
- Pour 4 Cups of Water into a pot.
- Add 1/2 tsp of Salt, Cover the pot for the water to boil.
- Pour Crown Premium Twist Cavatto inside the pot of boiling water, cook for 8/9 Minutes according to taste.
- Drain the water out of the Macaroni when fully done.
- Grate your Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
- Chop your 100g of Ham.
- Place your frying pan on a fire heating temperature, then add 20g of Butter,1/3g of all-purpose flour, stir all together.
- Add 2 tbsp. of Chili Paste, stir and add 2 Cups of Milk,2 Cups of cooking cream.
- Add 1 tbsp of Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of Chili powder and Salt to taste, stir all together.
- Add 1Cup of Grated Mozzarella Cheese, 1 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheddar, then turn off the burner.Pour your already cooked Crown Premium Twist Cavetto inside the mix and stir
- Pour your chopped Ham and mix all together.
- Now, your Twist Cavitto “Chili, Mac and Cheese is ready to be served.
