Cooking Ingredient
- 1 pack Crown Premium Spaghetti
- 6 Plum Tomato
- 4 Medium Sized Paprika
- 6 Medium sized Chili Powder
- 5 medium sozed Scotch Bonnet
- 40g Tomato Paste
- 1 Kilo Smoked Chicken
- 1 medium sized Onion
- 1 cup Vegetable cooking oil
- 1 tsp. Thyme
- 1 tbsp. Curry Powder
- 2 crushed Seasoning – Optional
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut the Smoked Chicken into smaller bits in a chopping board.
- Blend the pepper and Tomato into a smooth pure.
- Put your chopped smoked chicken into a pot, add salt and thyme, any other seasoning is optional, cover and leave to simmer for 10 Minutes.
- When your Chicken is fully done, in a pot, add water and let it boil for a bit.
- Add your Crown Premium spaghetti in the boiling water, add salt to taste, cook for 6 Minutes.
- Drain Spaghetti in a bowl, pour your Tomato and pepper mix in a pot to boil a bit.
- Add Tomato Paste and stir with the pepper mix.
- Pour a little amount of cooking oil and stir it for 5 minute, add salt in it to taste, add your Curry seasoning powder, stir all together to fry.
- Pour your chopped Smoked Chicken in the pot, stir all together, and cook for 10 Minutes.
- Remove the peppered smoked chicken from the pot to a bowl.
- Pour your already cooked Crown Premium Spaghetti in the pot of Tomato and Pepper mix.
- Stir all together, then add your peppered smoked chicken into the pot of Spaghetti, cover the pot to simmer for 4 Minutes.
- Stir all together, your Jollof Spaghetti with Smoked Chicken is ready to eat
- Now, serve and enjoy.
