Jollof Spaghetti with Smoked Chicken

Cooking Ingredient

  • 1 pack Crown Premium Spaghetti
  • 6 Plum Tomato
  • 4 Medium Sized Paprika
  • 6 Medium sized Chili Powder
  • 5 medium sozed Scotch Bonnet
  • 40g Tomato Paste
  • 1 Kilo Smoked Chicken
  • 1 medium sized Onion
  • 1 cup Vegetable cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. Thyme
  • 1 tbsp. Curry Powder
  • 2 crushed Seasoning – Optional
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cut the Smoked Chicken into smaller bits in a chopping board.
  2. Blend the pepper and Tomato into a smooth pure.
  3. Put your chopped smoked chicken into a pot, add salt and thyme, any other seasoning is optional, cover and leave to simmer for 10 Minutes.
  4. When your Chicken is fully done, in a pot, add water and let it boil for a bit.
  5. Add your Crown Premium spaghetti in the boiling water, add salt to taste, cook for 6 Minutes.
  6. Drain Spaghetti in a bowl, pour your Tomato and pepper mix in a pot to boil a bit.
  7. Add Tomato Paste and stir with the pepper mix.
  8. Pour a little amount of cooking oil and stir it for 5 minute, add salt in it to taste, add your Curry seasoning powder, stir all together to fry.
  9. Pour your chopped Smoked Chicken in the pot, stir all together, and cook for 10 Minutes.
  10. Remove the peppered smoked chicken from the pot to a bowl.
  11. Pour your already cooked Crown Premium Spaghetti in the pot of Tomato and Pepper mix.
  12. Stir all together, then add your peppered smoked chicken into the pot of Spaghetti, cover the pot to simmer for 4 Minutes.
  13. Stir all together, your Jollof Spaghetti with Smoked Chicken is ready to eat
  14. Now, serve and enjoy.
