Ingredients:
- 1 Pack Crown Premium Spaghetti
- 2 Seasoning Cubes
- 300 ml Tomato Puree
- 250ml cooking oil
- 250ml cooking cream
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 200g unsalted butter
- 6 garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon organo
- 150g grated mozzarella cheese
- 500g beef
- 1 medium sized red onion
- salt to taste
- 1 Green Bell pepper to garnish
Method:
- Chop the 500g beef. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, seasoning. Mix and cover
- Bring water to a boil. Add salt. Add Pasta. Cook for 6 mins. Drain, cool & set aside.
- Add cooking oil to a pot, add the marinated beef and fry.
- Add 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter to a pot. Add 3-4 minced cloves of garlic. Add 1 finely chopped onion. Add 300ml tomato puree. Add 250ml of cream, black pepper, salt to taste, mozzarella cheese, fried beef and the drained pasta.
- Mix all together and serve hot in a plate.
- Garnish and enjoy hot.
